A weft can be cut anywhere and you will not experience any shedding, one should never sew through top of the weft and it is recommended you sew around the weft. We cannot stress how important this information is, the main reason for wefts shedding is because the weft is being sewn through with a needle creating holes within the weft.
The width of the wefts depend on the length of the hair. The longer the length the shorter the width… so if you decide to go with longer hair and want to cover more of your head we would suggest 2 or possibly 3 packs of hair. You may go in swimming pools and hot tubs. It is best to wash hair right after swimming. Avoid getting hair in salt water as the salt can take all the moisture out of the hair and it will lead to tangling of the hair. Never braid your hair and go in salt water. It is best to wear it down. Add a spray in conditioner after swimming.This hair can last for a very long time depending on how you maintain it. Just bend your head forward and gently brush your hair from the ends towards your scalp. You must NEVER sleep on wet hair. Sleeping on wet hair is known to matte hair extensions. Just make sure your hair is completely dry before you go to sleep and you shouldn't have anything to worry about. Wearing a satin scarf or bonnet helps keep frizz down and curls in place.
